This request will add you to the lease list. Units are released to the rental pool in the order these requests are received and when a spot becomes available.
Use the Lease Maintenance product to keep your unit in the rental pool. Lease Maintenance maintains the unit’s leasing spot for 12 months and then must be renewed or the unit is dropped from the rental pool.
