New benches have been ordered, along with additional streetlights in dark areas. These orders have been delayed due to logistics but will be installed as the material arrives.

United Exteriors, our modernization vendor, will be replacing 5-7 roofs starting as soon as materials and labor are available. Affected buildings will be notified using the model established for the siding project. Roofing projects will continue to receive priority funding.
