Brighton Park at Greenbrier was created by Dragas, a local condo developer, with the first units being completed in 2008. The last of the units were completed in 2011.
The community is undergoing a modernization phase, which will see the replacement of all the roofs, eventually new siding, and restoration of its common elements.
Any activity on property requires a quote from a licensed and insured trade.
Replacement materials must be of equal or greater value than the original elements.
All activities require authorization provided by the governing docs.
All quotes and activities must be approved by the Board. Each approved activity and replacement must already be authorized by the budget.
If a common element requires replacement, it is because it falls under the reserve study and is authorized to be replaced.
Replaced and new common elements must be rated for safety.
